Meet Mehrmah
Mehrmah Ali has been baking out of her own kitchen in Lahore since 2020 — which started, as most good things do, with one cake for one person who needed cheering up.
Five years on it's a proper home bakery. Layers baked days ahead so the crumb settles and the flavour deepens. Buttercream whipped until it's pale. Piping done by hand, one bag at a time, usually at midnight.
She'll take your blurry screenshot, your half-formed idea, your "something pink but not too pink" — and turn it into the thing you were picturing.
